Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver financial performance reports and budgets to the Directors
* Provide insights and recommendations on business opportunities and risks
* Manage AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and end-of-month reporting
* Prepare P&L statements and ensure tax compliance
* Lead analysis and reporting, including debtor management and stock oversight
* Support ad hoc finance tasks as required
What You'll Bring:
* Degree in Accounting, Business or similar, with CA/CPA qualification
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role
* Strong technical accounting skills and systems knowledge
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
