We're looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Team Member to join our locally owned OPSM Queen St Bendigo store.
This part-time role offers ***** hours per week, including most Saturday mornings (minimum 3 out of 4), and is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a busy, hands-on retail environment.
About the Role
Help customers choose frames, lenses, and accessories
Perform frame adjustments and fittings with confidence
Promote and explain premium eyewear and lens options
Be part of a friendly, supportive local team
Opportunities for extra hours during seasonal or peak periods
About You
Retail optical experience preferred
Candidates without optical retail experience will be considered and provided with training
Comfortable talking about and selling premium eyewear and lens technology
Confident, customer-focused, and happy working on the shop floor
Able to work independently and as part of a small, local team
Available most Saturdays (minimum 3 in 4); extra Saturday availability a plus
Passionate about eyewear, fashion, and helping people see their best
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
