* Quality & Compliance: Implement working knowledge of NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements, ensuring all service delivery practices meet legislative standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
* Team Collaboration: Act as a positive role model and mentor to support staff, contributing to a collaborative team environment and assisting with the onboarding of new customers.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with families, Support Coordinators, and external service providers to enhance customer opportunities and outcomes.
About You
You are a proactive and person-centred professional with a strong background in the disability sector. You have a knack for balancing strategic tasks with operational duties, all while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Essential Selection Criteria:
* Qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Disability (or relevant tertiary qualification/extensive industry experience).
* Experience: Relevant experience in the disability sector.
* Values Alignment: Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote ConnectAbility’s values in your daily work.
* Communication & Organisation: Well-developed interpersonal skills and high-level organisational ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
