Join Ability Action Australia, a national therapy provider supporting NDIS participants of all ages. As part of our 12‐month Action Packed Graduate Program, you will learn clinical, business, and people skills while working in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Support participants in community, school, or clinic settings
- Complete assessments, write reports, and deliver therapeutic interventions
- Advocate for and collaborate with participants and carers to achieve goals

Qualifications
- Soon to graduate Speech Pathology degree
- Empathetic, curious, and eager to learn
- Passionate about aiding communication and connection
- Desire to work in a fun, multidisciplinary team
- Excited to grow skills with support
- Registered or eligible to register with SPC
- Licensed driver with own vehicle
