**Lead diverse farm operations at a research centre, driving best practices, commercial growth, and key industry partnerships.**
- **2 year temporary full-time role**:

- **35 hours per week**:

- **Location: Grafton**:

- **Salary from $75,528 to $116,969 pa + 12% superannuation + leave entitlements (Technical Officer G1-3)**

**About the Role**

**We're looking for someone who can bring**:

- Proven expertise in diverse farm operations, including planning, managing, and optimising cropping and livestock programs
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong financial acumen and problem-solving abilities, particularly in balancing competing demands and diverse interests.

**Essential Requirements**
- Qualifications in accordance with Part 2 (xviii) of the Crown Employees (Department of Industry) Technical Staff Award
- Demonstrated experience in cropping and pasture management systems
- Valid driver's licence
