About the Role
* The Specialist, Asset Accounting will support the Manager, Financial Operations in developing and managing asset financial accounting and compliance requirements.
* They will build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure reporting and financial analysis meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for efficient asset management.
* Managing end-to-end processes for asset accounting needs and project stakeholders.
* Collaborating with other members of the Finance team to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements
* A highly focused and resourceful person with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience in accounting and capitalisation for fixed assets in a medium to large complex organisation.
* Project-based experience would be advantageous.
