An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and experienced clinician to join our management team at Joondalup Health Campus! As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be taking on a key leadership role within one of our medical wards.
You'll be working closely with the clinical team to ensure the efficient management of staff and resources. This will be with the overall goal of ensuring excellence in care delivery in line with policies and procedures and best practice. Reporting into the Director of Clinical Services, you will be mentoring and leading a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff so this role will suit an individual driven to help others succeed.

About You
The successful candidate thrives in a complex and demanding environment and is able to work collaboratively with medical, nursing and executive colleagues. They strive for continuous improvement, quality and safety initiatives, workforce management and effective resource utilisation to achieve excellence in care delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset, with recent management experience. You will also bring the following:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum of five (5) years' post‐graduate nursing experience
* Proven knowledge as a senior nurse or manager (highly desirable)
* Flexibility to work within a dynamic team across the organisation
* Ability to work closely with the executive team and develop growth opportunities for the Hospital.
* Management or relevant post‐graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded
* Experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance management
* Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and capital resources
