**Community Care Manager**
We have a progressive opportunity for a Care Manager who strives to grow their career whilst leading a team of experienced care staff, helping clients remain independent in their own homes.
This position is based in South Brisbane overseeing a manageable portfolio of clients and experienced staff.

**The Role**:
- Establish & maintain relationships with clients and families.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance is maintained.
- Strong focus on staff management/HR.
- Meet with clients and families to establish their needs and identify their options.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (internal & external) to be able to provide a range of services.
**Requirements**:
- Significant experience within the Aged Care industry (2-3 years minimum)
- Cert 3 in aged care/Alternative qualification
- The ability to build strong relationships and networks within the community
- Must have a strong understanding of the Aged Care Sector as well as Home Care Package guidelines and service requirements
