Your new role
As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily production and packaging operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supervising production and warehouse teams across shifts.
* Managing production schedules, staff rosters, and workflow to meet output and quality targets.
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety, and sanitation standards.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
* Coordinating raw material receival and dispatch of finished goods.
* Monitoring KPIs including output, waste, quality compliance, and safety performance.
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of production staff.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualifications in production, Manufacturing, or a related field.
* 5+ years' experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
* Proven leadership experience in a production or operations role.
* Strong understanding of WHS, HACCP, and quality systems.
* Excellent communication and team-building skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
