We have an
exciting opportunity
for an
E-commerce Executive
to join our dynamic team at
Club Med Pacific
This role is ideal for someone who loves optimizing the digital customer experience, driving qualified traffic, and maximizing online sales performance.

You'll contribute to the development and optimisation of digital marketing and E-commerce strategies. You will be hands-on with website management, data analysis, SEO, and supporting paid media and CRM activities to ensure consistency, efficiency, and to enhance customer engagement.

About You

Education :
Bachelor / Master's Degree in Marketing (preferably e-commerce) / or related field.

Knowledge And Technical Skills

* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
* Agency experience is a plus
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
* Solid foundation in SEO principles and best practices.
* Good understanding of UX, UI, and customer journey optimization.
* Familiarity with GA4, CMS platforms, and CRM tools.
* Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards.
* Experience using Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
* Experience managing and updating CMS platforms.
* Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
* Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Attitude, Behaviour, Personal Qualities

* Proactive, curious, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments or with agencies, balancing multiple priorities.
* Fluent English (written & spoken).
* Someone ready to dive into multiple facets across the E-Comm domain and expand their expertise.
