* Team Management: Proactively manage project timelines, resources, and equipment to optimise efficiency and productivity.
* On-Site Guidance: Provide on-site guidance, training, and supervision to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Reporting: Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reporting on project progress and performance.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a leading hand or supervisory role within the landscape construction industry.
* Skills: Demonstrated expertise in the full range of landscape construction techniques, including site preparation, planting, paving, and irrigation.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Equipment Operation: Proficient in the use of landscape construction equipment and tools.
* Certifications: Current driver's licence and construction industry White Card.
