We are seeking a proactive Office Admin who can run our office smoothly with financial, administrative and compliance functions. Hands-on-role perfect for someone who loves taking ownership and staying one step ahead.
Experience in MYOB, Excel and Word
Hours: 6am-2pm or pm
You'll be responsible for the day-to day office operations, including:
* Managing emails, invoicing, purchasing and banking
* Weekly and monthly EFT payment runs
* Monthly invoicing, statements and bank reconciliations
* Essential requirement for hands-on payroll processing experience including PAYG and superannuation
* Technician's scheduling, NATA coordination, audits and documentation
* Travel bookings, project folders, SWMS and general admin
* Ordering Stock supplies, safety procedures and MYOB records
