HealthOne Quirindi delivers integrated primary and community health services that focus on prevention, early intervention, chronic disease management, and coordinated multidisciplinary care. About the Role

As a Registered Child and Family Health Nurse, you'll play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 years and their families. No two days are the same - you'll provide family-centred, culturally responsive care that empowers parents and nurtures strong, healthy beginnings.

Your day might include:

* Conducting Universal Health Home Visits within two weeks of birth
* Supporting families with infant feeding, sleep, behaviour, and development
* Making timely referrals and advocating for family needs
* Mentoring students and colleagues
* Collaborating closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families to support positive health outcomes

You'll work autonomously within a small, multidisciplinary team, supported by a network of passionate professionals who share your commitment to holistic, person-centred care.
