The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated on-site General Practitioner to join our growing team, providing on-site medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes in the Geelong region.
This opportunity may also suit GPs based in Melbourne, with Geelong easily accessible in approximately one hour via the Princes Freeway or V/Line.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to practise relationship-based medicine within a structured and well-supported model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will work as part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and administrative staff — delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care in the Aged Care setting.

Requirements
* Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner.
* RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion).
* Availability of 1-2 days per week initially, with opportunity to increase.
* Comfortable with technology, including system-based reporting and common clinical software.
* A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.
