An exceptional opportunity exists for a legal receptionist/secretary to joint our busy and friendly team on a part time or full time basis. We are a general practice legal firm located in the beautiful harbourside town of Ulladulla on the NSW South Coast. We have been servicing clients in the Milton, Ulladulla and Mollymook region for over 40 years. Our areas of Practice include Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, Litigation, Commercial Law, Leasing, Family Law and general legal matters.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times.
* Maintain deeds register and safe custody.
* Assist with events and seminars.
* General administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, printing and filing as required.
* Supporting our legal practitioners.
* Order stationery and kitchen supplies.
* Mail distribution and manage courier bookings.
* Answer and screen incoming calls.
* Manage meeting room bookings.
Qualifications & experience
* Reception and administrative experience preferred but not essential.
* Legal industry experience desired.
* Willingness to work within a small yet busy team.
* Friendly disposition.
* Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
