This includes collaborating with engineering representatives to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times. * Technical Information Receipt and Registration: * Technical Data Classification, Management, and Control: Collaboration and Communication Frequent communication with Engineering & Technical Services Representatives and other Enterprise stakeholders is required. This may involve submitting, reviewing, and resolving Airworthiness Directives (ADs). * Submission, Content, Status, Progression, and Resolution of ADs: Customer Focused Approach Providing excellent customer service and support is vital for the success of this position. This includes facilitating requests from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for technical information submission, coordination throughout their lifecycle, and closure. * Facilitating OEM Requests for Technical Information Submission: About You To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technical writing and experience working with maintenance management information systems.
