BluBiz Solutions is seeking a technically proficient and ambitious Solutions Architect with hands-on expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. This dynamic role is suited to someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, working directly with clients and internal teams to design secure, scalable, and innovative IT solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who not only possess deep technical expertise but are also eager to expand their scope into presales, solution design, and strategic consulting. You'll work across a broad portfolio of technologies and industries, contributing directly to the success of projects and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Design and document end-to-end solutions across networking, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping translate business requirements into technical architecture.
* Collaborate with internal technical, delivery, and sales teams to create solutions that are secure, practical, and future-proof.
* Provide guidance on implementation best practices, security frameworks, and industry standards.
* Participate in technical workshops, presentations, and client meetings as needed.
* Assist in evaluating new technologies and platforms that align with client and company strategies.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capability development within the team.
Required Experience
* 5+ years of hands‐on experience in one or more of the following domains: networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.
* Strong working knowledge of technologies from major vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, AWS, and Palo Alto Networks.
* Experience in developing solution architectures or high‐level designs.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with architectural frameworks and cybersecurity standards, such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Certifications (Required and Preferred)
Essential: Certifications in relevant domains such as:
* Microsoft (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Security Engineer)
* Fortinet (e.g., NSE4 or above)
Highly Desirable:
* CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification
