We are partnering with one of Australia's most respected, sustainable, and community-focused organisations to deliver world-class facilities management across a $200M+ national portfolio. Our experience and purpose-led approach position us to shape a bold future in FM driven by innovation, service excellence, and community impact. This role requires leading procurement strategies and processes to ensure effective engagement and performance of Service Delivery Partners and major suppliers for this project.
What You'll Do
Lead the procurement team, providing strategic direction and support to ensure efficient supplier management and procurement operations.
Oversee Service Delivery Partner (SDP) recruitment, tendering, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Manage pricing structures, conduct commercial negotiations, and perform market and cost analysis to ensure competitive and value-driven procurement.
Conduct regular audits on SDP engagements and pricing, using insights to drive cost reduction, service improvement, and procurement optimisation.
Act as the central point of contact for procurement communications, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to promote transparency and accountability.
What You'll Bring
Extensive management experience in the facilities industry, with a strong background in procurement and contract management, ideally in government or regulated environments.
Proficient in procurement frameworks, commercial analysis, pricing structures, and Work Order Management Systems (WMS), with a proven ability to drive value-for-money outcomes.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, fostering high performance and collaboration across procurement teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data and conducting market and supplier benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience in procurement audits, compliance reviews, and managing subcontractor commercial terms.
More than anything, you will bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
