The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating fleet logistics, managing facilities maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in line with working policies and procedures.
* Oversee day-to-day administration of the company's fleet, including maintenance, inspections, registrations, and insurance.
* Coordinate facility maintenance requests, inspections, and contractor visits.
* Maintain accurate records and databases for fleet and facilities management.
* Provide support to the team with procurement of vehicle and facility-related supplies and services.
* Escalate all medium to high level advisory and troubleshooting to the National Fleet and Facilities Manager.
