The Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to step into the role of Clear Operations Executive. In this pivotal position, you will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer to assist with the day-to-day operations of our brokerage.
Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that we adhere to broking regulations while working closely with our finance and marketing teams. You will take charge of overseeing our internal workflows concerning claims, new business, renewals, client record keeping and compliance, meticulously tracking tasks to guarantee we meet our obligations and high client service standards.
By leveraging your industry knowledge, you'll roll up your sleeves to support our client service team providing administrative support, advice and service that consistently exceed client expectations.
Additionally, you will assist with the ongoing organisation and implementation of training programs that keep our team abreast of the dynamic insurance, regulatory, and product landscape.

Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 10+ years of General Insurance Broking experience
* Tier 1 General Insurance Broking and/or a preferred Diploma in Financial Services (Broking)
* Experience with Office 365, Sunrise, Insight, SCTP and Insurer and Underwriting Agency portals
* Technical expertise on a broad range of commercial insurance products
* Exceptional attention to detailand a strong understanding of compliance requirements for AFSL holders.
