We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Education Officers. This role involves working closely with employers and workers, providing them with information about the portable long service scheme.
To support our officers in their roles, we provide comprehensive training and induction programs to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel.
Our team leaders and managers are always available to provide guidance and support, helping our officers continually develop and grow professionally.

* You will possess excellent customer service skills, with strong oral and written communication skills.
* You will be able to foster productive working relationships with stakeholders, customers, and team members.
* You will have proven organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and determine priorities and meet deadlines in pressure situations.
