MyBuild Group is a fast-growing, locally owned building company specialising Commercial and Residential projects. We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Manager to join our team and support our Residential Project Manager in delivering quality bathroom renovation projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will manage front desk duties while also providing administrative support to our Project Manager. Your role will help ensure our bathroom renovation projects stay organised from contract stage through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and managing front desk enquiries for both Commercial & Residential
* Answering phones and responding to emails
* Data entry and maintaining accurate project records
* Assisting the Project Manager with contracts and project documentation
* Preparing client selection sheets and project information
* Entering invoices within the company system
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies and stock
* Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms for client and team meetings
* Coordinating schedules, appointments, and supplier communication
* Maintaining job files and office records
* General office administration and team support
About You
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Friendly, professional and confident dealing with clients
* High attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong computer and data entry skills
* Experience in administration, reception, or office support
* Experience in the construction or building industry is an advantage but not essential
