YOUR MISSION is to design and deliver learning initiatives that accelerate technical skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth. You'll partner with managers and subject-matter experts to create engaging, impactful programs that align with business goals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth – so that every individual contributes to JurisTech's innovation, agility, and long-term success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE
Designing and Supporting Future-Ready Talent Programs:
* Assist in the design and roll-out of upskilling and reskilling programs aligned to business priorities.
* Support succession-planning activities and career-path frameworks that drive retention and internal mobility.
* Contribute to leadership-pipeline initiatives and talent-mapping exercises using performance-potential matrices.
Trailblazing the Onboarding Journey:
* Co-champion and refine our NewHOPe (New Hire Orientation Programme) to ensure a seamless, "customer first" induction experience.
* Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics—invites, registrations, attendance tracking, training facilities, and materials.
* Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to shorten time-to-productivity.
* Partner with subject-matter experts to create engaging learning assets using instructional-design best practices:
> E-learning modules and microlearning
> Scenario-based simulations for software development and customer interaction
* Facilitate or co-facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, lunch-and-learns, and structured on-the-job learning sessions.
* Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS): course creation, user setup, enrollment, and reporting.
Empowering Performance through Measurement:
* Define and track key learning metrics: completion rates, learner satisfaction, competency gains, ROI.
* Analyze data to drive program enhancements and demonstrate impact on performance outcomes.
* Compile and present regular reports to stakeholders and leadership.
* Act as a learning champion—promote programs, solicit feedback, and foster an inclusive growth mindset.
* Collaborate with People & Culture to integrate talent development into broader engagement and retention initiatives.
Driving Operational Excellence:
* Research, select, and liaise with external training vendors; negotiate contracts and manage invoices.
* Monitor budget spend against program forecasts and quality benchmarks.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
You are someone who has/ is:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business, IT, or related field.
* 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in learning & development, talent development, or HR—ideally within a software or technology environment.
* Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
* Strong project-management experience: planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and delivering on time without compromising quality.
* Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise learning materials and to deliver engaging presentations.
* Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written.
* Highly adaptable, creative, and organized; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improvements.
* Collaborative team player who can also take initiative and own projects end-to-end.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.
* Experience with graphic or video-editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
* Exposure to succession planning, leadership-development, or talent-management initiatives will be an advantage.
