Construction Manager - NSW This is a newly created opportunity to join a well-established, multi-faceted construction business at a pivotal stage of growth in the NSW market. The business has a strong and proven track record interstate, with a workforce of 150 and annual turnover of circa $250M. They are backed by a substantial pipeline of work tied to major infrastructure programmes, providing long-term project stability and a consistent flow of projects for the forseeable future. Now in the early stages of building out their NSW operation, they already have projects underway and are gaining strong traction through existing national client relationships. With significant growth targets in place, they are looking to bring in a key senior hire to help shape, influence, and grow the business locally. The Opportunity This role offers the chance to step into a senior leadership position where you will play a key part in establishing and expanding the NSW presence. You will have genuine input into strategy, team growth, and project delivery, with clear progression opportunities as the business scales. Projects are diverse and complex, typically delivered in live, operational, and highly regulated environments. The portfolio includes a mix of new build, fitout, refurbishment, and infrastructure works, generally ranging from $8M-$30M, with the capability and intention to deliver projects up to $100M as the business continues to diversify. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team with strong Tier 1 backgrounds, within a business that has mature systems, established processes, and a collaborative culture.
