About the Role
As a Product Manager for Insurance Premium Funding (IPF) in the Business Lending Product team, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager of Asset Finance & Portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IPF product range and drive initiatives that boost asset balance growth while ensuring top‐notch outcomes for customers and intermediaries.
- Leverage risk management skills to ensure alignment with industry codes and regulations.
- Handle incidents, conduct root cause analysis, design and test controls, and ensure closure.
- Produce and maintain correspondence for customers, intermediaries, and bankers related to the product range.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements, system upgrades, and the Business Bank Transformation.
Qualifications
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in asset finance.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in risk management.
- Ability to design, build, test, and implement solutions that support growth and deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, and ability to engage with a broad audience.
