We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to fill a Claims Specialist position within our team. As a Claims Specialist, you will play a key role in managing property/strata claims, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the delivery of world-class service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a professional claims handling service to clients designed to provide solutions, achieve best possible cost outcomes and claims experience and enhance the client/broker/insurer relationship
* Manage an end-to-end portfolio of Strata Property claims within a delegated level of authority
* Respond to claim notifications and service enquires within internal and external compliance requirements
* Liaise with customers, internal and external parties to coordinate claim resolution
* Ensure professional conduct is maintained at all times to positively promote the Company and insurance industry
The ideal candidate will have two or more years' experience in property claims, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Additionally, knowledge of State/Territory specific legislation as it applies to insurance related matters and literacy in technology and systems would be highly beneficial.

Requirements
