Job Opportunity:
Lead a team of business analysts in a dynamic and hybrid environment. Drive strategic business analysis, lead by example, and foster high-performing teams.
* Establish and maintain high-quality documentation, frameworks, and tools to support the success of the Remediation program.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to champion an agile mindset, flexible, outcome-focused, and collaborative.
* Contribute to major strategic programs such as the Sherlock data transformation initiative.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in business analysis within multi-disciplinary delivery teams, demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience working within matrixed, fast-changing organisations.
