Key Responsibilities:
* Site Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of store operations, ensuring high standards are maintained and customer expectations are met.
* Commercial Performance: Drive sales growth and maximise gross margin percentage through effective management of stock levels and promotional activities.
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and support a diverse team of employees, including full-time, part-time and casual staff, to achieve business objectives.
* Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage inventory levels, replenishment schedules and logistics processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, regulations and management systems to maintain a safe working environment.
