Your Opportunity

As an Administration Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of CVGT Employment in Echuca, helping to create a respectful, inclusive, and well-organised environment for everyone who connects with our services.

This role provides administrative support across all programs delivered from the Echuca branch, while also offering remote support to other branches across the Goulburn Murray region as required. Your empathy, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence will play a vital role in supporting participants, staff, and the broader community.

You'll contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring systems, processes, and customer experiences are efficient, responsive, and people-centred.

* Customer Service Excellence:Greet visitors warmly, manage incoming calls, and provide responsive, people-focused customer service tailored to individual needs.
* Administrative Efficiency:Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including appointment and calendar coordination, petty cash handling, purchase orders, and mail management.
* Operational Support:Support the wider team with scheduling, documentation, and reporting for participants, ensuring records are well-organised, accurate, and completed promptly.
* Event Coordination:Assist with planning and organising job clubs, employer events, and training sessions.

What You Bring

* Qualifications:Certificate III in Business Administration is highly regarded.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing administrative role, with proven ability to manage competing priorities efficiently and professionally.
* Professional Strengths:Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, paired with empathy, adaptability, and a strong people-centred approach.
* Tech Savvy:Highly proficient across a wide range of digital tools and adept at navigating multiple systems efficiently.
* Pre-Requisites: Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
