Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our restaurant(s) located across various locations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the front of house team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality dining experiences.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
* Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including RSA certification.
Requirements:
* Diploma in hospitality or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Commercially minded with strong leadership skills.
* Able to create an unforgettable high-end dining experience.
* Good wine knowledge and ability to sell functions and events.
