The Key Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management and development of assigned key accounts, driving sustainable growth through long‐term partnerships and value‐based solutions.

The role requires the delivery of professional field sales and high‐level customer consultation across assigned customers within the target industry, with a strong focus on on‐site engagement and relationship building.

What You'll Do

You will manage and strategically develop defined key accounts in both regular and project business, including products, services and software solutions. Providing efficient solutions and technical support on construction sites using our products and services.

Alongside managing the main accounts, you will develop customer relationships across all connected locations by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, understanding site‐specific needs, and driving tailored solutions and incremental sales across the wider customer network, while working closely across multiple departments within customer organizations and collaborating internally with colleagues from materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

* Tertiary Qualification is highly desirable
* Previous experience in Account Management or Business Development
* Eagerness to learn, motivated and capable of working independently
* Hands‐on attitude – you'll be demonstrating our tools to our customers, using platforms such as Salesforce to keep track of everything, and collaborate with a variety of departments
* Time management, planning and prioritization skills
* Maintain a valid full Australian driver's license – we'll provide you with a company car, be sure you're ready to drive
* Internationally or domestically mobile with the desire to develop and outperform
