**Job Description**
As a graduate in this program, you will be part of a dynamic team working to develop and implement policies and legislation related to taxation and superannuation. You will work closely with industry leaders to provide advice and support to the community.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including research and analysis, policy development, and collaboration with other teams.
* Assist with the delivery of non-tax legal and dispute resolution services through the provision of procedural, operational and legal support.
* Analyse, interpret and apply legislation, policies, practices and precedents in the resolution of legal matters under the direction of more senior employees or escalating cases where appropriate.
* Assist with managing disputes in a range of jurisdictions on behalf of the ATO in relation to non-tax legal matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed your university degree within the last five years or be in your final year of study. At the time of commencing our program, you must have completed all your course requirements. Additionally, you must be an Australian citizen and willing to undergo police, character and health checks as required.
