Safe and qualified Dispatchers play a crucial role in managing daily delivery operations to construction sites. They masterfully coordinate and schedule deliveries to meet customer demands while optimizing route efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and dispatch delivery crews efficiently while maximizing branch profitability.
* Communicate and distribute delivery orders accurately and promptly to warehouse and delivery staff.
* Utilize ODT dispatch software to achieve target compliance levels.
* Verify material accuracy before delivery.
* Monitor labor costs for each delivery.
* Foster strong relationships with customers.
* Courteously communicate with customers, sales, and management regarding delivery statuses.
* Provide instructions to drivers in case of logistical or customer service issues.
* Confirm delivery details with customers beforehand.
* Address concerns directly to Branch Manager.
* Adhere to company policies, DOT, and OSHA standards.
* Perform basic math skills accurately.
* Demonstrate assertiveness and proactive attitude when necessary.
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Read maps and provide directions effectively.
* Showcase telephone skills and adaptability.
* Maintain strong organizational skills.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
