We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our dedicated Residential Care Services team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This is an exciting role for a clinician who is passionate about improving the lives of older Australians and wants to be part of a supportive and progressive Aged Care provider.

At United Physio Group (UPG), you'll join a team of physiotherapists committed to providing outstanding care across a variety of healthcare settings. Our services extend beyond aged care facilities into community programs throughout VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, and WA, improving the quality of life for thousands of clients. We also operate a Flagship Studio, offering Pilates, Yoga, individual physiotherapy sessions, and sports physiotherapy for local clubs, providing further opportunities to broaden your clinical experience.
Your Role Will Include:
* Carrying out thorough client assessments and delivering tailored treatment plans
* Communicating with residents, families, nursing teams, medical professionals, allied health practitioners, case managers, and equipment providers
* Prescribing and reviewing exercise programs, including running group sessions
* Collaborating with facility management and clinical teams to deliver personalised care plans that help clients achieve their goals
* Organising your daily schedule efficiently, balancing clinical and administrative duties
* Participating in ongoing training, mentoring, and team learning activities
* Leading education sessions such as Falls Prevention, Manual Handling, and other staff workshops
* Opportunities to engage in community-based physiotherapy services within the region
For Experienced Clinicians:

* Work closely with a network of highly skilled Allied Health leaders
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent internationally recognised qualification (APA approved)
* Current AHPRA Registration (General or Limited)
* Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and risk management
* Ability to mentor and support junior therapists (preferred)
* Australian working rights or eligibility for employer-sponsored visa
* National Police Check and NDIS/Working with Children Clearance
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
