Position Description
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple outlets
Lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen hands
Deliver high-quality food for both daily service and large functions/events
Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and hygiene standards
Take full responsibility for the kitchen when required
Position Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior CDP in a high-volume venue
Strong functions and events catering experience is essential
Ability to manage and lead kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and varied rosters
Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
