Duties
* General reception duties: greeting visitors, answering phones, managing mailbox and organising couriers
* Setting up meeting rooms and events (morning teas and ordering catering)
* Ensuring the shared kitchen area is clean
* Allocation of parking bays, ordering PPE and stock control
* Formatting CVs, assisting with Business Support admin
About You
* Corporate reception experience
* Professional
* Customer service skills
* Good at prioritising tasks and multitasking
* Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills
* Corporate travel booking experience (desirable)
* Strong written and verbal communication
