About the role:
We're searching for a motivated and curious Cadet to join our VIC team and take part in a unique rotational program that gives you hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. You'll rotate through:
* Estimating
* Contracts Administration
* Project Delivery
Whether you're in your final year of study, recently graduated, or exploring a new career direction, this is your chance to get real industry exposure while figuring out where you shine. This isn't one of those grad programs where you spend months sitting on the sidelines. It's a permanent role where you work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to live projects and learn how fit-out projects come together from concept to completion.
You'll be supported every step of the way, encouraged to ask questions and given the room to try new things so you can build a well-rounded skillset and discover your strengths.

How you'll fit in here:
* Currently studying (or recently completed) a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
* A genuine interest in fit-out and refurbishment
* Good time management, attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
* A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
* Previous industry experience (even part-time or site-based) is great, but not essential
