Leading Hand – Electrician (Marian Mill)
About the Role
Are you ready to electrify your career? We have a permanent opportunity for an Electrical Leading Hand to become a key player in our Electrical Maintenance team at Marian Mill. You'll be performing essential electrical maintenance and repairs to factory plant, ensuring the smooth operation and peak performance of your crew, the Mill, and its supporting infrastructure and equipment.

Step into a dynamic role under the direct supervision of the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. Lead our Electrical Maintenance team with a focus on safety, innovation, and excellence.
Key Qualifications:
* Hold current Electrical Licenses (Electrical Fitter/Mechanic)
* Prior industrial plant experience preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Effective communication skills and a commitment to structured processes.
* Dedicated to maintaining a safe workplace and promoting the wellbeing of colleagues.
* Must hold full working rights and a valid Australian driver's license
