Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability in meeting KPIs in a customer service environment
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to learn and pick up new information quickly, particularly technology and software
* Strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of HRIS systems is highly desirable for this role
