The Customers and Services Division is the Housing Trust's frontline - working statewide with communities and sector partners to deliver high impact and inclusive services. We know this relies on a diverse workforce and a strong commitment to cultural competence and continuous learning.

As Workforce Lead, you'll strengthen the capability of our people by identifying systemic gaps, improving how we attract and retain staff, and building an operational workforce plan that supports our teams now and into the future.

* Improve and streamline workforce and recruitment processes
* Use insights and workforce data to guide decision making

Special Conditions

* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a DHS Screening Unit Working with Children Check prior to being employed and every 5 years.
* Successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.

Role Status
Short Term Contract up to 29 January 2027.

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Sector Management, or a related field. (Desirable).

Remuneration
$98,478 to $104,165 (ASO6)
