Qualifications
* Extensive commercial construction experience delivering projects up to $20M
* Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and day-to-day operations
* Solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and commercial build requirements
* Commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery
* Strong communication skills and an ability to represent the business professionally on-site
* Experience working on education, health, aged care, community, or commercial facilities highly regarded
