We're on the lookout for a dynamic and community‑minded management couple to join a thriving remote retail store in Far North Queensland or the Northern Territory. What You'll Be Doing (Together)
* Support the day‑to‑day operations of the store, from rostering and inventory to sales and service
* Lead a local team, mentoring and training staff in a hands‑on way
* Get involved in community‑focused programs such as nutrition, local employment, and promotions
* Take part in back‑of‑house functions and learn the ropes toward full store management responsibility
* Handle physical store tasks like stock unpacking, merchandising, and customer service

What You'll Bring as a Team

Highly Regarded (But not essential)
o Previous experience working remotely or regionally
