Roma Ford, a subsidiary of Toowoomba Automotive, is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join their Herries St team. With a person-centred approach to leading our Service Department, the successful candidate will be someone who can inspire a team, give and receive feedback, demonstrate accountability and value relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.

About this role:
* Oversee all aspects of the Service Department Operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence
* Responsible for booking in and management of service customers
* Assist in workshop control and workshop management
* Knowledge of dealership Pentana DMS systems is an advantage
* Cultivate strong relationships with customers and staff to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
* Proven great leader with a mindset focused on our customers, staff engagement & exceeding KPI's (Customer, Manufacturer & internal)
* A hands-on, proactive presence, that encourages and motivates their team
* Maximisation of productivity & efficiency
* Commitment to driving robust processes and managing change
