Key Cyber Assurance Role
Take ownership of the security and compliance of classified IT systems in this key cyber assurance role. As the appointed Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO), you will play a vital part in managing security authorisations, system compliance, and risk across classified environments.
You will provide high-level advice on cyber security governance and support the broader security posture of the organisation through leadership and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing system compliance and security as the designated ISSO for classified systems
* Supporting system accreditation, documentation, user administration, and incident management
* Guiding and overseeing System and Security Administrators to maintain secure operations
* Providing expert advice on cyber security, risk, and accreditation frameworks
The ideal candidate will have current PV clearance and 6+ years' experience in system administration and cyber security. They must also possess a strong understanding of ISM, DSPF, DISP, and NIST-aligned frameworks.
Additionally, they should be skilled in system accreditation, risk management, and incident response, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
