Client Services Officer / Receptionist

Fast-Paced, Varied Role – No Two Days the Same!
Full-Time Preferred | Townsville Clinic

Are you an organised, tech-savvy multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever quite the same? We're looking for an energetic and adaptable Client Services Officer/Receptionist to join our friendly team at our Pimlico clinic in Townsville.

This role is the sole administration position at the clinic, working alongside our on-site audiologist and supported by a wider team located across Queensland including Mackay, and Brisbane.

You’ll be the welcoming face and central hub of the clinic – handling everything from patient bookings to troubleshooting hearing aids, all while juggling multiple systems and tasks throughout the day. If you enjoy variety, working independently, and being part of a supportive team – this is the role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

* Managing the front desk: greeting patients, handling appointments, and managing clinic emails

* Taking inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care

* Using multiple computer systems and platforms throughout the day – often simultaneously

* Processing payments, Medicare claims, bookings and actions following patient appointment

* Troubleshooting and providing basic repairs and support for hearing devices (full training provided)

* Supporting clinic operations with general administrative duties and coordination

What We're Looking For:

* Strong multitasking skills – you’ll be jumping between systems, tasks, and patients all day

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* A fast learner with strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning our patient database

* High attention to detail and ability to work independently

* A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

The Details:

* Full-time hours preferred

* If part-time, minimum 4 days per week, 8:00am – 4:00pm (Fridays required)

* Clinic-based role – no work-from-home option
