Job Overview
This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying key selection gaps and partnering with suppliers to fill them.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand market trends across categories to identify relevant selections for customers.
* Recruit new suppliers through the sales cycle from prospecting to account management post-launch.
* Negotiate with C-suite executives to onboard new suppliers.
* Educate suppliers on tools and systems to enable self-sufficiency in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance.
* Achieve business objectives to drive growth of Amazon's Retail business.
* Identify opportunities to improve the Retail business for suppliers through scalable solutions and manage their rollout.
