The Role

What you'll be doing:
* Supporting clients aged 0–65 with diverse needs in community settings
* Conducting assessments and delivering functional, evidence‐based interventions
* Using (and learning!) psychometric and screening tools
* Helping clients build independence and quality of life
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that's got your back
* Mentoring (if that's your jam) and growing your own skills
* Bringing your ideas to the table—we're boutique, flexible, and open to shaping your role around YOU
What You'll Need
* Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* Driver's licence and registered vehicle
* Passion for paediatrics and neurodiversity‐affirming practice
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* NDIS experience (preferred but not essential)
