**About The Client**
We are seeking committed and dedicated support workers to support two young siblings living with
**Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Speech Delay**.
Components of the supports include school pick up/drop off, community/social engagement, light domestic tasks, personal care, and medication assistance. Support workers joining the team will be required to commit to an ongoing roster.
**Prior experience working with children or youth living with a disability is essential.**

Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. We'd like a team of support workers to build a social rapport with the clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met.

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:
- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Experience working with children/youth
- Driver's License & Car
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Commitment to an ongoing roster of support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Triple COVID-19 Vaccination
- Medication training
