What You’ll Be Doing Creating meaningful learning experiences and nurturing environments that support our little legends to grow and shine. Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your teammates. Leading a fun, collaborative team that values creativity, laughter, and lifelong learning. Bringing the EYLF and NQF to life in ways that are thoughtful, engaging, and tailored to each child’s journey. What We’re Looking For: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum 1 year experience as a Room Leader/Lead Educator in an ECEC setting preferred but not essential) A warm, reliable, and team-focused attitude with a genuine love for children and education. A valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain), First Aid, and training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety. A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practices in early education.
