About the Role
This role will begin with approximately 2-3 Months of hands-on cleaning, allowing you to learn our standards, properties, and systems. After this initial period, you will step into the Airbnb Cleaning Manager role, where you will oversee cleaning operations and manage a growing team of cleaners.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work initially and is keen to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Initial Cleaning Phase (First 2-3 Months):
* Perform high-quality cleaning of Airbnb properties
* Prepare properties for guest check-ins and turnovers
* Follow Notion Property cleaning procedures and standards
* Report maintenance issues or damage
Cleaning Manager Role (After Training Period):
* Manage and coordinate cleaning schedules
* Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff
* Conduct quality control inspections
* Ensure all properties meet guest-ready standards
* Manage linen, supplies, and consumables
* Assist with cleaning during busy periods when required
* Communicate with management regarding operations and improvements
About You
* Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality experience (Airbnb or hotel experience highly regarded)
* Willingness to start in a hands-on cleaning role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Leadership potential and confidence managing people
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible (including weekends when required)
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Good communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $33.00 – $56.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
